Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Below I have told a story in pictures. There are so many different combinations to be had when you decide to focus on a plant based diet. Fresh juices and smoothies are wonderful to start your engines in the morning. Soups and salads are great fuel to charge you up during the day and dinner can be a mixture of all these things. Always remember to stay light on the grains and starches, those calories really add up. This wonderful way of eating always works best when accompanied by moderate exercise. Enjoy!!!
