OK. That will be two pounds per week over the next 10 weeks. That is 7000 calories to diminish you diet by on a weekly basis.

You will have to eat 700 calories less than you do per day. The first thing you need to do is take a truthful inventory of what you are putting in your mouth. I would do the diary over the next four days and see what you find.

If you look in the folder I gave you, there is a chart that shows you the amount of calories you need to intake to lose a certain number of pounds per week. That will tell what is about right for you.

Once you have the calorie count, you need to look at the foods that you eat for breakfast, lunch and diner. How do they fit into your suggested calorie count for the day?
